Uno Morgans

Further opportunities in the newly recognised epithermal/porphyry belt and underlying basement geology in our extensive Eyre Peninsula tenement holding.

The Uno/Morgans Project, 85km east of the Paris Silver Project, has a similar structural setting to Paris. First-pass scout drilling in August 2014 intersected shallow intersections of lead, zinc, and silver mineralisation at the Hurricane Prospect. In August 2015, a detailed heli-borne aeromagnetic and radiomagnetic survey over the eastern portion of the Morgans tenement, including the 12 Mile Ironstone prospect, identified for its epithermal veins, a secondary target of nickel anomalous ironstone.

In February 2022, the Company commenced drilling on its Uno Range and Morgans tenements after a comprehensive review was undertaken in 2021, incorporating prior work, more recent field mapping, reprocessing and interpretation of a regional seismic line as well as the additional soil sampling undertaken and analysed using the recently developed CSIRO “Ultra-Fine Fraction+” method. Drilling targets are interpreted as prospective for silver and base metals, with opportunity for gold and copper potential at a number of targets.

The geological setting of the Uno and Morgans tenements have similarity to that of the Peterlumbo tenement which hosts the Paris Silver deposit and offer potential for discovery of deposits of similar style and setting. Exploration success at these prospects has the potential to add value to the nearby Paris Silver Project.
