Acknowledgment of Country

Investigator recognises the First Peoples of this nation and their ongoing connection to culture and country. We acknowledge First Nations Peoples as the Traditional Owners, Custodians and Lore Keepers of the world’s oldest living culture and pay respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

Investigator aims to develop mutually beneficial working relationships with the Traditional Owners of the land on which we operate, developing projects in such a manner that all parties’ interests are protected.

With over 15 years of operating in South Australia, Investigator has established relationships with Traditional Owners, formalised in Native Title Mining Agreement (“NTMA”) that enable exploration activities to be carried out on their lands. In areas more recently acquired, negotiations are underway to finalise Native Title Mining Agreements that will protect the Traditional Owner’s interests and provide access for Investigator to undertake exploration activities.
