Announcement PDF ASX: IVR ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 27 March 2025 Entitlement Offer Results and Shortfall Investigator Resources Limited (ASX: IVR, “Investigator” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer of one (1) New Option for every five (5) fully paid ordinary shares and every five (5) IVRO options held by Eligible Securityholders at an issue price of $0.001 per New Option (“Offer”) closed on 24 March 2025 (“Closing Date”) with significant demand, raising the full amount of $381,394 (before costs). Eligible Securityholders subscribed for 238,379,652 New Options including the Top-Up Facility of up to a maximum of 100% of their entitlement, raising gross proceeds of $238,380 and representing a 62.5% takeup of Entitlements. In accordance with the terms of the Offer, 143,014,498 New Options were issued under the shortfall raising gross proceeds of $143,014. Funds raised under the Offer will be applied to the expenses of the Offer and to provide general working capital to the Company. The Company will seek quotation of the New Options on the ASX. New Options are expected to be issued on 31 March 2025 and Holding Statements dispatched on 1 April 2025 to new option holders in accordance with the timetable. Each New Option will be exercisable at $0.042 on or before 24 March 2028.
